Pick a time and tell us about your case

-
The firm confirms, and you pay
Before confirming, the firm checks that there is no conflict of interest. Then you receive the link to pay the $200 fee; once it is paid, the Microsoft Teams invitation arrives by email.
-
Meet for one hour, by video
A full review and assessment of your case file, with time for every question you have about the process.
-
Receive your strategy proposal
The proposed strategy, its estimated timeline and its costs, with government filing fees listed separately from the firm's fees.

What happens in a first consultation
You get a full review and assessment of your case file. You will get to ask all the questions you have about the process, and then you will receive a strategy proposal detailing the proposed strategy, its estimated timeline (with the most up-to-date USCIS/EOIR information), and its costs.
The first consultation is a one-hour meeting with attorney Pablo Aponte Rojas, held by video on Microsoft Teams. The fee is $200, paid before the meeting.
What to have ready
The more of your history we can see, the better the assessment. If you have them, bring:
- Your passport and any visas or entry records.
- Every notice or letter you have received from USCIS, the immigration court or a consulate.
- Copies of anything filed for you before, by you or by someone else.
- Records of any arrest or court case, even if it was dismissed.
- Any other immigration documents you have: work permits, green cards, visas, travel documents and filing receipts.
Fees
Fees will be structured on a case-by-case basis. No hidden fees. Everything will be explained and detailed.
Government filing fees are charged by the agencies and are separate from the firm's fees. Your strategy proposal lists both, so you see the full cost before anything is filed.
From outside the United States
Yes! PAR Law has designed a service model that accommodates meeting times for prospective clients outside of the United States.
Consultations are held by video, so the process is the same wherever you are.
