Pablo E. Aponte-Rojas is an immigration attorney admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey. His practice is limited to U.S. federal immigration and nationality law.
Pablo Aponte is the Founding Partner at PAR Law and spearheads the Firm’s litigation practice before various Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. He brings vast litigation experience and has developed a great reputation among Judges, Colleagues and DHS prosecutors alike for thorough preparedness and excellent representation in Court. Pablo has also expanded his practice to family immigration and business immigration matters through USCIS.
Pablo is confident and able to navigate even the most complex cases by using creative, intelligent solutions for clients and leveraging his great reputation and knowledge of the law to obtain the best possible outcomes for the Firm’s clients.
Pablo grew up in Puerto Rico and, prior to founding PAR Law, he practiced Immigration Law for five years at a prestigious Law Firm in Alexandria, Virginia. Prior to that experience, he practiced law for two of the most prestigious law firms in Puerto Rico. These prior experiences shaped the way he practices in front of Immigration Courts and USCIS officials, giving him an unparalleled ability to think on his feet during high pressure situations. Pablo is both a native English and Spanish speaker. He also is a proficient Portuguese speaker.
Pablo is also the immigration attorney for Rumbo Immigration, which guides Latin American professionals on their path to U.S. permanent residence.
PAR Lawyers is a single-attorney firm: the lawyer you meet is the lawyer on your file.
