An immigration attorney in conversation with a family

U.S. Immigration Law

Know exactly where you stand — at every stage, from start to approval.

From Origin to Opportunity.

PAR Lawyers represents individuals, families, professionals, and companies through United States immigration processes: permanent residence, work visas, relocation, and business immigration. At every stage, you’ll know exactly where your case stands and what happens next.

The firm

An immigration process isn’t paperwork. It’s a family, a career, a company — moving from one place in life to another.

How a case moves through the firm

  1. Origin

Where the case begins: your facts, your dates, your record.

  2. Route

One strategy, chosen in the open, with the alternatives on the table.

  3. Movement

Filing, evidence, interviews — handled and reported as they happen.

  4. Arrival

Approval, and the dates that matter after it.

We built PAR around that. Every case starts with an honest read of the route that’s open to you — not the one that’s easiest to sell. We tell you what the process requires, how long each stage really takes, and what could change it.

Then we do the work. Filings prepared once and prepared right, responses drafted before a deadline starts pressing, and one point of contact who knows your file by name, not by number.

  • Bilingual by default

Every stage handled in English and Spanish.

  • Fixed scope, quoted up front

You approve the fee before the work begins.

  • One attorney, one file

    No handoffs between departments.

The route

Where you are now. Where you are headed.

Four stages. Select one to see what it involves and how long it takes.

Where you stand

We read the whole picture before advising on any of it: entries and exits, previous petitions, employment history, family ties, and anything already filed on your behalf. Most of the risk in an immigration case is settled right here, by what gets caught early.

Before you call

The questions people ask first.

If yours isn’t here, ask it in the consultation request — we answer before you commit to anything.

What happens in a first consultation?

You get a full review and assessment of your case file. You will get to ask all the questions you have about the process, and then you will receive a strategy proposal detailing the proposed strategy, its estimated timeline (with the most up-to-date USCIS/EOIR information), and its costs.

How are fees structured?

Fees will be structured on a case-by-case basis. No hidden fees. Everything will be explained and detailed.

How long will my case take?

Your case timelines will be estimated with the most up-to-date EOIR/USCIS information. As USCIS/EOIR alter their timelines, you will be informed of the changes.

When can I expect to hear back from the firm?

We will give you periodic updates on the status of your cases. We will make sure that you are informed about your case and that you collect the specific evidence necessary for your application or relief.

Can you work with me from outside the United States?

Yes! PAR Law has designed a service model that accommodates meeting times for prospective clients outside of the United States.

What if my case has already been adjudicated or closed?

We will review the file and verify if there are alternatives that would allow your case to be reopened or whether you will have to start the process again. You will receive an honest assessment of your alternatives and their costs.

Is the first consultation free?

No. The first consultation is a paid, one-hour meeting held by video. The fee is confirmed when you schedule on WhatsApp, and government filing fees are always separate from the firm’s fees.

Do you take detained cases?

Yes. The firm handles detained cases and bond hearings, and appears regularly before the immigration courts in Miami, Orlando, Atlanta, Maryland, New York and Virginia. Cases in other courts are taken with travel agreed in advance.

Do you work in Spanish?

Sí. Consultations, documents, and every update are available in Spanish and English throughout the case.
